Our DC20 series fixed-speed rotary agitators are available in three sizes for cost effective operation at all laboratories. If your laboratory requires a durable, reliable and quiet EPA-approved agitator with maximum-capacity, the 12 place rotary agitator is the perfect solution.

Versatility
Designed to handle any combination of two-liter borosilicate glass, teflon and plastic bottles, in addition to Analytical Testing Corp’s Zero Headspace Extractors (ZHE). Custom bottle collars are also available to accommodate any bottles of lower volume (see accessories here).

Construction
Constructed from high-strength solid aluminum alloy, the precision-machined rotary bar and frame are perfectly balanced for quiet operation and maximum durability. Our DC20B is powered by a 110V/60Hz Bodine 1/4 HP, fixed-speed gear-motor. Bodine motors are internally lubricated, maintenance-free, rated for continuous duty operation and made in the USA.  We also manufactures a series of variable speed (1-40 RPM) rotary agitators, giving laboratories the option to perform TCLP, or other studies that may require a slower or faster rotation (click here for more information).

Performance and Safety
The oversized single stage gear motor allows for free rotation and does not require reset brakes or jog switches. Samples may be vented or pH adjusted without removing bottles from the agitator.
