The variable speed motor and controller gives laboratories the option to perform TCLP, or other studies and tests that require a slower or faster rotation (1-40 RPM) speed.
Durability
Constructed from high-strength solid aluminum alloy, the precision-machined rotary bar and frame are perfectly balanced for quiet operation and maximum durability. Our DC20S/DC is powered by a 110V/60Hz Bodine 1/4 HP, variable-speed gear-motor. Bodine motors are internally lubricated, maintenance-free, rated for continuous duty operation and made in the USA. A Bodine electronic speed control is included to adjust the speed from 3-40 RPM. We also manufacture a series of fixed speed (30 RPM ±2 RPM) rotary agitators for laboratories looking to perform only TCLP, or other leaching procedures listed in EPA SW-846 (click here for more information).
