Custom Application
The DC-5-12 Rotary Agitator is designed to hold up to 12 – 500ml bottles for continuous, end-over-end rotation. The 12 sample capacity optimizes productivity in a space-saving footprint, while the smaller 500mL bottle capacity reduces required sample sizes and excess chemical use. Samples are quickly and easily loaded into the grooved tray and secured in place with one aluminum retaining plate and 4 thumb knobs.
Construction
The DC-5-12 Rotary Agitator is constructed from high-strength, solid aluminum alloy. The rotary bar and frame are precision-machined for a perfectly balanced, quiet operation while providing for maximum durability. This DC-5-12 is powered by a 110v/60Hz Bodine 1/4 HP, fixed-speed gear-motor. Bodine motors are internally lubricated, maintenance-free, rated for continuous duty operation and made in the USA. Motor options include fixed speed (pictured) and variable speed (both 110V and 220V). The variable speed motor includes an electronic speed control to adjust the speed from 0-40+ RPM.
