Custom Application
The DC-40 Rotary Agitator is designed to hold up to 4 – 4L bottles for continuous, end-over-end rotation. The 4 sample capacity optimizes productivity in a space-saving footprint, while the larger 4L bottle capacity increases sample throughput. Samples are quickly and easily loaded into the grooved clamping area and securely held in place with two thumb knobs.
Construction
The DC-40 Rotary Agitator is constructed from high-strength, solid aluminum alloy. The rotary bar and frame are precision-machined for a perfectly balanced, quiet operation while providing for maximum durability. This DC-40 is powered by a 110/120V Bodine 1/4 HP, variable-speed gear-motor. Bodine motors are internally lubricated, maintenance-free, rated for continuous duty operation and made in the USA. Motor options include fixed speed and variable speed (pictured) (both 110V and 220V). The variable speed motor includes an electronic speed control to adjust the speed from 0-40+ RPM.
